To men, the woman means the noble, the confident, the honor, the motherhood, and the woman just like a fresh holy flower. The flower which needs to be kept with utmost compassion and love. This flower, which is called a woman, has to be kept in a vase. As if spreading respect is equal to the world.
A woman is to a man what a flower is to love, and for that woman, a man loses his family. Because no matter how unexpected a woman's place in the world is, a family, a family, because of that woman, society, or nation is complete.

For the world would not be complete without men, nor would it be without women. For, leaving behind the strong security of the mother's womb, the earth is born in this world of dust right from the womb of a woman.
Only then will a high-quality personality be of great value in women's and men's lives. It enables them to resist and stand up for themselves using the rights, freedom, support, and equality given within their community and society. Moreover, it will grant an individual the possibility to influence one's communication, general life, education, work, and society.
As it is natural for people to change for the benefit of technology in the evolution of the age, due to that change the role of women in the technological aspect of the world according to men has also been found in the glory of the age. Therefore, men need to put women on an equal footing in the workplace in the present context. It will create bonds, complete the success of technology objectives, and complete the ongoing practice of the world.
It can also be seen from the religious point of view; that Islam has given women a unique status at a time when the whole world considered women as a harmful and unnecessary element of civilization. The verses regarding women, released in the Qur'an-ul-Karim by Allah Ta'ala, have already stopped the blame on women. So, if the women are aware of their own responsibility in their own context and are willing to fulfill it, then the right woman will get the right evaluation from the right man.
There, however, exists a category of the male gender who is known as Purusha, who do not have the dignity of women; some of them have no brains of men, some are inhuman, and some are classified as inhuman. Any man who can't or doesn't know how to respect a woman with love and compassion, that man never falls into the right man. This insults men to women who hold proper men responsible.
However, from his place as a human, man should always give women the best honor in the world. Because the role of these women is immense to get the right man and the right personality. Both men and women, in terms of position, trust, and faith, should lead life parallel. This will create a proper bond. Be it social, family, or ethnic. There will no longer be any humiliation, characterlessness, or worthlessness towards women. Only the bond of the heart, of love, respect, and ongoing life, shall remain there to bind a family in civilized society. The right bond between men and women shall be created and the right guidance of the future generation shall be created.
