Personality is a very important aspect in the life of each of us, as everything about a person's behavior has to be revealed through his behavior. But often, even after trying, it is not possible to get the right type of personality.
Today I will share with you some practical tips through which, before everyone outside, there come out the aspects of your self-esteem, and in every case, the aspects of dignity, respect, etc. can be found and influenced by everyone.

First of all, you have to talk to everyone with a smile - whosoever it may be, if you can talk to everyone with a smile, then it is convenient to adjust or match yourself with everyone. Everybody likes to be talked to with a smile and a happy face; nobody's going to like the negligent aspects while talking with a dumb mouth.
Second, you have to build a habit of listening to others, be a good listener, because if you give importance to one's words, in other cases the person on the other end may easily agree with your words and give importance to you too in case.
Thirdly, lies are supposed to be avoided because if you tell a lie, you have to tell a thousand lies to cover it up. The people who tell lies do not get their dignity back at any place in society and at the individual level, in all cases, the people who lie are victims of humiliation.
If ever you make a mistake or are negligent about any case, hunt it down, never trying to cover it up, as a result of which the person on the other side cannot find out what is wrong with you after seeing your behavior.
Now, whenever you deliver any speech or dialogue, always speak in order; do not mess up while saying anything. Otherwise, you will not get respect from all and will become a laughing stock. So you have to be a little careful in this direction.
Never retreat in an argument on any single point. This one gives the outsider a bad impression. Think coldly and settle every problem.
If you have ever promised anything to somebody or deposited something, then don't betray the deposit. As a result, people may become a person of bad nature in their eyes and may become guilty in the eyes of the great creator, so always keep your word. Never try to tell any person what you can't do.
Be humble and meek in your behavior, never speaking loudly to anybody, having honesty within.
If you can practice all these things, then everything, including the outer world, will come under your control, and you will be able to advance yourself before all.
